Chemometrical Strategies in Order to Solve Different Problems in Food Science

Abstract

The primary objective of the present study is to show how chemometrical strategies can be useful for processing multidimensional complex non-selective data in order to address issues in the food science. Three different case studies are shown, where different analytical procedures and chemometrical tools were used in order to reach different tasks.
