Temperature influence on the frequency response of the Keysight 3458A digital multimeter

• Abstract:

  This paper describes the procedure and experimental set-up used at CEM to determine the temperature influence on the frequency response of two Keysight 3458A digital multimeters (DMMs) in the Direct Current Volt (DCV) sampling mode. The DMMs were used to digitalize an AC input signal of 0.8 V and 1 kHz provided by an AC source.
